Prof. D-r Zivko Jankuloski
Completed secondary school in Bitola. Graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, University "St. Cyril and Methodius" - Skopje in 1980. Completed postgraduate studies at the same faculty, acquiring the academic title of Master of Agricultural Sciences.
Acquired PhD at the Faculty of Agriculture in 2000.
In 1980 was for the first time employed in ZIK "Pelagonija" - Bitola as their scholarship.
From 1980 - 1996 was Head of more working positions in ZIK "Pelagonija" - Bitola, while from 1989 - 1996 was Director of WU "Radobor" - Bitola.
Began teaching - scientific activity in 1991 as a Professor at the Higher Agricultural School in Bitola, and after its transformation into Biotechnical Faculty of Sciences (1999), Dr. Zivko Jankuloski was a full-time professor at the same faculty in the area of biotechnical sciences.
Vocational training in the eponymous area through study visits in France: Compagnie Canal d Provence in Provence and Compagnie Nationale d Aménagement de la Région du Bas-Rhone et du Languedoc in Nimes (1985); in Fresno; the California State University (1985), USA; the University of Göttingen, Germany (1998); University of Ghent, Belgium (1998, 2000) and the Universities of Rennes and Nant, France (1999).
In the period from 1994 to 1998 Dr. Zivko Jankuloski was for two terms a member of the Professors' Council of the Economic Faculty in Prilep and the Technical Faculty in Bitola, and a member of the Council of the University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Bitola.
From 2001 to 2006 was for two terms an Associate Dean for Finance and Science at the Faculty of Biotechnical Sciences.
Two terms (2000 to 2003) is a member of the Senate of the University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Bitola, and also President of the Senate of the University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Bitola.
Two terms (2000 to 2006) - a member of the Inter-University Conference. As a representative of the Government of the Republic Macedonia was also a member of the Council of the Institute of Livestock at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje.
In the period from 2004 to 2006 – a member of the Committee for Prevention of Deviant Behavior at the University of Bitola.
From 2002 to 2006 in two terms, a member of the Board for Accreditation and Evaluation of Higher Education, and also a Vice President of the Board for Accreditation and Evaluation of Higher Education of the Republic of Macedonia.
From 2010 to 2014 in two terms, he was Head of the Second Cycle Studies at the Faculty of Biotechnical Sciences University "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Bitola.
Since 2014 Head of the Laboratory of essential oils and biologically active substances in FBScB.
Dr. Zivko Jankuloski has participated in the implementation of projects of the TEMPUS Programme and scientific-research projects in the field of biotechnical sciences. He is author and co-author of numerous scientific papers published in national and international journals and at international congresses and meetings, including the European Congress of Agriculture in Strasbourg, the World Food Summit of the FAO in Rome, Italy (1996) and the Pan-European seminar in Bucharest, Romania (1996).
Dr. Zivko Jankuloski is author of the university books: Fundamentals of Agricultural Production (2001), Soil and Climate, Plants (2002) and a practicum: Soil, Climate and Plants. Practicum (2002), Packaging and Storage of Animal Products (2003), Agro Ecology (2004), Crop Production (2005) and Eco-Packaging (2008), as well as the textbook Spices and Medicinal Plants - Production and Use (2005).
Dr. Zivko Jankuloski has been performing more social functions.
In the period from 1994 to 1998 was elected as member of the Parliament of the Republic Macedonia. From 1994 to 1998 he was Vice President, and from 1997 to 1998, Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture, Water and Forestry in the Parliament of the Republic Macedonia.
From 1994 to 1998 he was a member of the Committee for International Cooperation with China, and from 1996 to 1998 member of the Committee on Agriculture in the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
In 2006, he was reelected as a member of the Parliament of the Republic Macedonia.
From 2006 to 2008, was Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Macedonia.
Dr. Zivko Jankuloski is of 17.02.2015 appointed by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia as National Coordinator for implementation of the National Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction of the Republic of Macedonia.
